Scott Ryan is a Broker Associate with Re/Max Experience By The Sea in sunny Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. As a Broker Associate, Scott’s team focuses on two main goals: Finding qualified buyers for his sellers and finding perfect properties for his buyers. He has excelled in both areas of the real estate industry from an early start, getting both highest listings and highest sales in his first month of real estate. Scott especially enjoys working with buyers that are new to Florida.  He finds it rewarding to welcome new people to Florida, and to help them settle in here. Prior to Re/Max Experience, Scott was a Sales Associate with Coldwell Banker and Keller Williams in Fort Lauderdale. He was also an agent at the KW in the Pocono Mountains in PA.  His early real estate career started with Century 21, in Milford, PA.  Scott has been a Real Estate Agent since 2013, and obtained his Brokers license in 2016.  He has both his Accredited Buyers Rep designation, as well as Pricing Strategy Advisor designation.  Scott spent 3 years teaching classes at the Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtor Assoc., helping both new and experienced agents to advance in their field. Now he serves on the Grievance committee at the RAPB+GFLR. Scott really appreciates helping to uphold the ethics within the industry. Scott started his professional career in 1995 in New York City. His experience includes over 17 years in the Entertainment Industry. He was a stand-up comic for many years, and was recognized with a national award nomination. He also worked the nightlife of NYC in various nightclubs in service and management positions. He owned and operated a successful merchandising company before leaving NYC to pursue other ventures.

Scott attended James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA. Also, Towson State University in Baltimore, MD. Scott relocated to the Fort Lauderdale area from Pennsylvania in November 2014. He originally hails from Lutherville, MD a suburb of Baltimore. Scott and his Wheaten Terrier, Riley, are happy to call Fort Lauderdale home.
